Searching generally involves two independent informational tasks, the preparation of a retrieval strategy and the assessment of the retrieved documents.

Development of a retrieval strategy involves many skills, such as sampling, classifying and the construction of complex class and keyword combinations. A thorough knowledge of the public and commercial databases available is also essential.  

We manually inspect each individual document retrieved by our search strategies and assess its relevance to your request. This can involve visiting numerous intellectual property websites to access documents in many countries and languages.
